Facing the arrival of the personalized era, the rapid switching and delivery of multiple models for production places higher demands on the flexibility and intelligence of production lines. Modern factories are beginning to abandon some traditional fixed production lines, instead experimenting with AMR flexible production lines that require smaller site modifications and offer greater flexibility and convenience. For example, the welding shop logistics and production line integrated solution provided by Huaxiao for a domestic automotive brand's factory. Utilizing 3 types, over 100 AMRs, compatible with 40+ non-standard containers, allowing AMRs to become part of the dynamic flexible production line, achieving intelligent transfer across various processes in the welding shop.

The benchmark project for flexible transformation of the general assembly line provided by Huaxiao for a luxury brand's first electric vehicle factory in China, solved the smart logistics problem of the automotive general assembly line through 300+ AMRs, improving operational efficiency by 35% while achieving online and visual management of all logistics information.
