Solution: The project adopts an advanced AGV flexible assembly concept to realize fully automated production of the entire process including parts kitting, loading, sub-assembly, and offline warehousing, truly achieving the "three flows in one" of part transportation flow, product assembly flow, and finished product offline flow
Value: Customized AGVs capable of automatic workpiece flipping; the project saves 5 assemblers, 8 logistics personnel and 2 forklifts, improving operational efficiency by 15%
